Join us for a beautiful evening at Epoch’s Tasting Room as Edible’s team brings the pages of the magazine to life. The event begins with a hosted reception of Epoch wines, followed by an immersive Q&A session featuring Edible contributor and cookbook author Lori Rice, in conversation with Edible’s Managing Editor Aja Goare. Lori will share her tips on developing mouth-watering recipes and discuss her journey in securing a publisher, agent, and book deal. Throughout the session, guests will be treated to beer pairings and bites of dishes from her book Beer Bread, recreated by Bijou Bakery. The evening concludes with a pop-up tasting reception by Edible partners Paso Catering Co. and Bramble Pie Company – because it’s never an Edible event without great food.
