This reserva-style Tempranillo will make you want to hunker down and experience how its flavors evolve over the course of a meal – or in an open bottle over several days. Ripe blue and black fruits, sweet oak, anise, and tar, combine with savory/earthy flavors of roasted herbs, cured meats, graphite, and crushed gravel. Texture abounds while the wine’s acidity and structure keep the sensation fresh and multi-faceted as it travels across the palate – front to back and then to the front again. This wine screams for a fine cut of juicy marbled red meat.
