Epoch Wine Club Policies
- By joining the Wine Club, you will be obligated to purchase the number of bottles associated with your chosen level of membership for the next two Club releases. These bottles will automatically be billed and shipped to you twice each year (typically between September and November for each Fall release, and between February and April for each Spring release). In exchange for this commitment, you will receive the discounts, priority access, complimentary tastings, and other perks described at epochwines.com/club/.
- The cost of the Standard Club Selection for each release currently fall in the following range: E4: $275 – $450; E6: $400 – $650; E12: $750 – $1100; Elite: $ 1000-$1500; customized orders may cost more or less, depending upon the wines you select. Prices may change over time, but if your minimum obligation ever increases beyond the range mentioned above, we will notify you in advance. Please also see our Shipping Policies at epochwines.com/policies/ for current information regarding additional charges that may apply to last-minute requests or failure to sign for delivery.
- For pickup orders, we request that orders are picked up within three months (90 days) of order date. After that time, you will be charged a holding fee of $50 a month every 30 days until you pick up your wine or opt to ship it instead. Shipping and tax (where applicable) will be charged to the card on file.
- After the second release, your Wine Club membership will continue until you cancel.•
- You may cancel or modify your membership at any time by logging in to your account at epochwines.com/profile/login, by calling the Epoch team at (805) 237-7575, or visiting our Tasting Room at 7505 York Mountain Road, Templeton, CA 93465. If you cancel your membership prior to the second release you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50; you may cancel your membership for free anytime after receiving your shipment for the second release.
- We are currently able to ship wine to ALL states excluding the following: DE, ME, RI and UT. If your state is listed, please see our alternate shipping policy below.
