At Epoch Estate Wines we are committed to protecting your privacy. All order information is encrypted to ensure maximum security. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, Epoch Estate Wines has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Epoch Estate Wines will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties.
We are currently able to ship wine to ALL states excluding the following: AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, RI, and UT. If your state is listed, please see our alternate shipping policy below.

We plan to only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your wine arrives at your doorstep within the same week. If you would like a specific ship date, please indicate it in your order notes or call us at 805.237.7575. Your order may be placed on a “weather hold” if the weather conditions are not conducive to shipping wine. We will send you an email notification when your wine ships.
For all states, you have the option of selecting one of three service levels (Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, Ground). While most orders will ship via UPS, if you would like for us to use a specific carrier please let us know in your order notes before you checkout of the store. Please note, for AZ, CA, and NV, you have an additional option of GSO Ground (next day).
Please let us know if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed, so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. If the wines are re-routed or returned we will have to charge the customer for any related shipping fees.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery must be at least 21 and may be required to sign for the wine and show evidence of age.
While we attempt to hold licensing in all possible states, we hope you understand that there are a select few states we are unable to ship to. If you reside in a state where we do not presently ship, please be sure to choose ‘CA’ as your ‘Shipping’ state in your shopping cart so it will allow you to proceed to checkout. Epoch Estate Wines is committed to the production of high-quality handcrafted wines and your complete satisfaction is our goal. We utilize the best quality shipping companies available. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) be broken during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] or 805.237.7575 within 48 hours of receipt of your package(s), so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping company. Please keep the original package(s) and its contents exactly as you found them if at all possible. We will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases. If you are using a Third Party Shipper to send your wine please have them inspect it upon delivery. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss. Returns cannot be processed after 10 days.
All Epoch wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving the fulfillment center. Any return claim due to a defect in the product will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and a replacement bottle may be offered if one is available or, if not, another may be substituted. In this instance, keep the bottle, its unused contents, and the cork. Wine should not be returned without prior approval from Epoch Estate Wines. Please address all concerns of this nature to [email protected] and make sure to include customer name and address, date of purchase, product name and vintage, and reason for concern.
Temperature extremes can pose a threat to the overall quality of the wine. To this end, we do our best to monitor the weather and will delay shipping in known extremes of temperature whenever possible. However, we cannot assume liability for wines that are overheated or frozen if weather changes occur during transit.
Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as “unable to deliver” will be credited the cost of the product minus any and all shipping charges.
