Epoch Estate Wines (“Epoch,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This “Privacy Policy” describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in connection with your interactions with us — including via email, web, and SMS (text messaging).
1. What Information We Collect
We may collect certain personally identifiable information (“PII”) that you provide to us, such as your name, contact information (including your physical address, email address, and phone number), and/or date of birth when you place an order, make a reservation, join our mailing list, or opt in to SMS messaging. To better serve you, we also store information about you that you share with us when you interact with Epoch through our website, in person, or through our communication channels. This “Customer Information” may include your Epoch account sign-in information, purchase history, reservation information, preferences, and any communications you exchange with us.
We may also collect certain “Customer Data” automatically through cookies and analytics when you browse our website or interact with our digital communications. This can include details about your device, operating system, platform, browser type and version, plug-ins, IP address, advertising or other unique identifiers, and your internet service provider. We may also collect information about how you interact with our services, such as the pages you visit, links you click, searches you perform, and advertising or content you engage with. Additionally, we may collect time- and location-related information, including time zone, geolocation data from GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, or IP address, and error information if your device or our service encounters a problem. 2. How We Use Your Information Internally
We may use your PII, Customer Information, and/or Customer Data (collectively, your “Information”) to communicate with you, fulfill your orders, manage your reservations, and provide updates and offers that may be of interest. We may also use your Information to analyze website and buyer behavior trends, to conduct internal market research, to better personalize the communications and offers we share with you, and to comply with legal requirements, such as confirming that you are of legal drinking age (an “Of-Age Individual”).
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
From time to time, it may be necessary for us to share your Information with certain trusted service providers (“Epoch Service Providers”) that we have retained to (a) facilitate our communications with you through conversational and SMS messaging and marketing communications, (b) assist us with payment processing, order fulfillment, and transactional communications; (c) manage reservations and event tickets; and/or (c) handle shipping logistics and notifications. Epoch Service Providers act solely on our behalf and process your Information only as necessary to perform their services for Epoch. Epoch Service Providers are bound by all confidentiality and data protection obligations arising under applicable law.
We may also share your Information if and as required by law, regulation, or legal process, or in connection with a future business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition.
4. Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Message Frequency
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Epoch Estate Wines. Although we may sometimes offer discounts or other perks to thank you for sharing your Information with us and/or consenting to receive marketing communications from us, we will never require you to consent to receiving marketing communications as a condition of purchase. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in any email. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent as necessary to fulfill orders, reservations, or legal obligations. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. 5. Disabling Tracking
You may refuse or disable some cookies (other than “strictly necessary” cookies) and/or local shared objects at any time by updating your preferences on our Opt Out Preferences page, or by adjusting your device settings or the settings in your browser. You may also have a browser and/or an extension that transmit “Do Not Track” signals. We will not discriminate against you or otherwise intentionally penalize you for rejecting, refusing, or limiting cookies or for having a browser or extension that transmits “Do Not Track” signals, but please be aware that some of the features and functionality of our website may be limited or impaired by the absence of certain cookies or local shared objects, and our website may not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
6. Retention and Security of Your Information

8. Children’s Information
Our products, services, website, and communications are intended only for Of-Age Individuals. As such, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect any Information from anyone who is not an Of-Age Individual, including any child or legal minor. If at any time we have actual knowledge that we have collected Information from anyone who is a child or legal minor, we will take all reasonable steps to delete such Information from our records.
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date updated. Your continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
