Texas Flood Relief: Epoch Wines Fundraising Response

In July, devastating floods swept through the Texas Hill Country, leaving heartbreak and destruction in their wake. Hunt, Texas, has long been a place of deep meaning for the Armstrong family, a home-away-from-home for countless summers spent at camps like Mystic, Stewart, Arrowhead, and Heart of the Hills. The community and its people have shaped memories that span generations, and the impact of this disaster has been profound.

To support the people affected, Epoch Estate Wines committed to donating 100% of all sales from July 10th through July 17th. The Armstrong family also pledged to match every dollar raised, turning the community’s support into double the impact.  The response from the Epoch community was extraordinary. In just seven days, supporters purchased 3,878 bottles of wine and contributed $269,548, a total that doubled to $539,097 with the family’s match. Every order, share, and message helped provide relief to a place that has given so much over the years.

The connection between Paso Robles and the Texas Hill Country runs deep. One of the reasons the Armstrong family purchased the Paderewski Vineyard was because it reminded them of this beloved region. Thanks to the generosity of the community, these two cherished places now feel closer than ever.  The outpouring of support shows the power of coming together, a reminder that when a community stands united, even the greatest challenges can be met with compassion, care, and action.
