We invite you to join the Epoch Wine Club, a customizable club for those eager to automatically access new releases of Epoch wines two times a year. We are excited to offer four levels of membership, each offering their own unique perks and commitments. We look forward to welcoming you into our Epoch family!
What is a customizable wine club?
The club component means you are opting in to receive automatic shipments of wine two times a year. This makes your life so easy and comes with some really awesome perks (see chart). The customizable part of the equation means that you will have the opportunity to log in during a designated time to select wines within the current club offering. If you do not customize, we will automatically ship you our Standard Club Selection during our spring and fall releases. - Thursday, September 18th: Elite/E12 Fall Preview Tastings
- Monday, September 29th: Customization window closes
- Tuesday, September 30th: Processing Fall 2025 club orders
- Monday, October 27th: Out of state shipments begin (excluding hot states below)
- Tuesday, October 28th: CA shipments begin
- Friday, October 31st: First day of pickups
- Friday, November 7th& Saturday, November 8th: Weekend #1 of Fall Release Tastings
- Friday, November 14th& Saturday, November 15th: Weekend #2 of Fall Release Tastings
- Monday, November 17th: Shipments to hot states (TX, AZ, FL, GA, LA)

EPOCH WINE CLUB POLICIES
We ask that you join for at least two club releases. • Cancellations of memberships need to be submitted with an emailed notice seven days prior to the next shipment. • We request that shipments are picked up within three months (90 days) of order date. After that time, you will be charged a holding fee of $50 a month every 30 days until you pick up your wine or opt to ship it instead. Shipping and tax (where applicable) will be charged to the card on file. • Please note that any adjustments made to your shipment while in transit will be subject to an additional charge per package. If the carrier isn’t successful at delivering your shipment and the wine is returned to us, then we will charge a $50 reshipment fee. • We cannot ship to the following states: DE, KY, MS, RI, UT.
