Epoch Wine Club Policies
We ask that you join for at least two shipments. • Cancellations of memberships need to be submitted with an emailed notice seven days prior to the next shipment. • We request that shipments are picked up within three months (90 days) of order date. After that time, you will be charged a holding fee of $50 a month every 30 days until you pick up your wine or opt to ship it instead. Shipping and tax (where applicable) will be charged to the card on file. • Please note that any adjustments made to your shipment while in transit will be subject to an additional charge. If the carrier isn’t successful at delivering your shipment and the wine is returned to us, then we will charge a $50 reshipment fee. • We cannot ship to the following states: DE, KY, MS, RI, UT.
